Recordings will be available after each call. Students will have a vast array of audio and textual materials as well as study and practice guidance for each seminar. 
 
The Heart of Consciousness is the source and essence of everything, including our own true nature. In this course, we will explore how Consciousness as Light is described in some of the most profound texts of the Non-dual Śākta-Śaiva tradition.
 
We will explore how the primary teachings of Classical Yoga and Sāṃkhya served as an important foundation for the Tantric tradition, then how Śākta-Śaiva Tantra expands on those foundational concepts about knowledge, identity and Consciousness itself, to then understand them through the lens of non-duality.

We will also consider how these teachings relate to and are supportive of our own householder path as we move from an everyday state of awareness into the very Heart of Consciousness through profound and precise application of Sādhanā (daily practice).
