When practiced regularly over time, Neelakantha Meditation transforms the practitioner on the deepest levels. Like cleaning the lenses of one’s eyeglasses, it clarifies the instrument through which you experience the world—your own experiencing self—so that you can see yourself and the world around you more clearly. My own life has been profoundly and positively impacted by this practice, and now I am delighted to be able to offer it to others. When you cultivate your connection with your deepest self, it will benefit your own life and others' as well.

Individual and Small Group Instruction
I teach Neelakantha Meditation to individuals and small groups on a regular basis in Santa Rosa, California. If there is sufficient interest, I can travel to other areas to teach also, including outside of California. There is no need to wait for a special event or weekend to learn to meditate. If you are interested in learning, we can simply find a time that works for both of us. Learning Neelakantha Meditation is a formal process, and it usually takes place over two or three days:
About 2.5 hours
Part 1 is a relatively short and focused day so that you have time to meditate at least once or twice on your own before the instruction continues.
About 4 hours
Part 2 topics can be covered in one day with breaks, or over two separate days as suits scheduling needs.
In these two or three days of instruction, you will learn everything you need to know to be self-sufficient in your practice and have a meditation practice that will benefit you for the rest of your life! However, there is also a lot of support available as you continue to practice, both through me as a teacher and through Blue Throat Yoga. You can learn more on my website.
